For us, I believe we both knew the transition would be very beneficial when we received a call from Mrs Cribben welcoming us to St Joseph’s and informing us about our place! 

We then received a letter in the post from the Guardian welcoming her to the school. The Teddy Bears' picnic, the stay-and-play, story time, the Summer Fair and the connection we made with the teaching team during their visit all contributed to this experience.

I must also mention the team at reception, who were great at keeping us informed and answering any questions we had. All of this made for an easy transition as we already felt part of St Joseph’s before the start date.

Particularly the guardians (or maybe it is just our brilliant guardian Nial), but all of it has been beneficial and we are so grateful for the support and care shown.
